The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. Really enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe in the room. - the venue is in a marvelous and very convenient location, between Ginza shopping district and Tokyo Station. - the food options were different, and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.

The lounge area had lots of delicious meals for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with necessary amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal and comfortable, near to Aoto + sky train, and Tokyo station and other metro stations.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable on the Asakusa line to Haneda airport. We got a double room with 2 windows and a very nice view. - the property had a central position near Tokyo station, subway, and Ginza area. - Loved the Chuo Ward district. - the main streets of Ginza and all main attractions were easily accessible.
